We are pleased to provide free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the contiguous United States and Canada!

When Will I Receive my Order?
We can't wait to deliver your artwork! Each artwork is made to order and processed within the following timeframes:
- Canvas Wall Art: 2 business days
- Floater Frames (without specialty finishes): 3 business days
- Diamond Dust™ Glitter Finish: 6 business days
- Wall Art with specialty finishes (glitter, foil, gold leaf, resin, feather and moss): 17 business days
- Mirror Art: 5 business Days
- Surfboard, Skimboards, Circles & Framed Acrylic Wall Art: 5 business days
Once your artwork is complete, it will arrive within 5-10 business days. Once your artwork has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
Returns
We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. To initate a return, please reach out to us at contact@poorlittlerichgirl.co.
Non-Returnable Items
Customized and personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
